Upcoming Class Has Openings

On July 14th and 15th, I’ll be teaching a weekend class making the door of a spice box at Ron Herman’s new shop in New Holland, Ohio. There are a couple of openings still available, but you need to act fast. Monday July 9th is the last day to register.

The class is titled “Line & Berry Inlay.” Yep! It’s the door explained and demonstrated on Rough Cut, Woodworking with Tommy Mac. I also have a full set of drawings for the “Rough-Cut” Spice Box coming soon.

During the two days you’ll use hand tools and power tools to cut, make and install all the inlay needed to complete your own Line & Berry door panel. That includes stringing and berries and the banding that frames the door.

Why just the door? It’s a two-day class! Plus, you can build the box for your door, or you can use it as a wall hanging or serving tray. Hey, you can use it as a dart board if that does it for you. Get all the information here.
